Platinum Member Cancellation Protection
Life happens, and we want you to register with confidence. Platinum members enjoy generous cancellation terms that give you flexibility when you need it:
- Cancel 30+ days out? Full refund, zero fees
- Cancel 14-29 days before? Just a $175 fee, you get the rest back
- Plans change and need to reschedule? One free event transfer per year to a different date or location
- Last-minute emergency? We’ll consider documented hardship cases individually
