Overview

Venture deep into the untamed heart of Asia, where vast open steppe meets endless sky. Beginning in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia’s lively capital, we’ll trace a route once traveled by Genghis Khan himself — through granite cliffs, crimson canyons, and sweeping desert dunes that seem to stretch forever. From the mystical formations of Baga Gazriin Chuluu to the dazzling white cliffs of Tsagaan Suvarga, every turn reveals a new landscape and a glimpse into Mongolia’s ancient spirit. We’ll journey on to the dramatic Yol Valley, where eagles soar above icy gorges, and climb the towering dunes of Khongoryn Els, riding camels and sharing tea with nomadic families beneath a canopy of stars.

Our adventure continues to the Flaming Cliffs of Bayanzag, where dinosaur eggs were first discovered, and to the spiritual ruins of Ongi Monastery, once home to hundreds of monks along the Ongi River. In Kharkhorin, the former capital of the Mongol Empire, we’ll explore the revered Erdene Zuu Monastery before returning to Ulaanbaatar for the vibrant Naadam Festival — Mongolia’s celebration of wrestling, archery, and horse racing. Each evening offers comfort, culture, and connection — a perfect balance of wild adventure and authentic Mongolian life.
