What’s Next?
There are THREE VERY IMPORTANT items we have listed below that you need to pay special attention to in order to make your Jeep Jamboree experience a success.
1. Completed Waiver by All Attendees
We no longer require that you submit your completed waiver to the Jeep Jamboree USA office prior to the Jamboree event – but rather bring it with you to the Jamboree and present it to the Jeep Jamboree USA Event Staff personnel during on-site registration. EVERYONE in your Jeep 4×4 is required to read, sign and date the Release of Waiver of Liability prior to receiving credentials for the Jamboree. Anyone who forgets to bring their completed waiver with them will be asked to sign and date a waiver during on-site registration.
2. Event Itinerary
Click on the Event Itinerary button below to download a copy of your Jeep Jamboree Event Itinerary. The Event Itinerary includes important information about meeting times, locations, directions and descriptions of off-road trail routes (if available), as well as recommended accommodations.
3. Refund & Transfer Policy
We realize that unexpected events such as work conflicts, mechanical problems, and illnesses may cause you to cancel your trip, but there are fees that shall apply to your refund should you choose to cancel. Please review our Refund/Transfer Policy.
