OHV Trail Readiness Kit

Sometimes recovery is needed in situations one least expects. After a lovely day skiing, the falling snow was a blessing. However, in the car park it may be a different story. Conditions may not be well suited to heading home. No problem, you have your OHV readiness on board. The included soft shackle and tow strap are just what’s needed to help any vehicle in distress. Even your own. A quick pull is just what is needed to escape the parking lot and head towards home. But, how do you attach the vehicles? On vehicles without “tow points” the soft shackle can be attached to any secure location and or the tow strap can be looped on itself if needed. Snow, Sand (Driving on the Beach) this kit is a must onboard any RV. A great extra to have for friends who are new to Jeeping too.

Gear up for your adventure with the X-Talker T71VP3 FRS Two-way radio. Jeep Jamboree USA Soft Shackle

Because soft shackles are safer than the steel shackels. 7/16″ soft shackle with protective sleeve. Working load: 5,900 lbs, breaking strength: 29,500 lbs. Made in the USA.

Soft shackles may be used as a lightweight replacement connecting rigging for common steel screw pin shackles (D-Rings). The Factor 55 10 inch and 20 inch (pull to pull length) Extreme Duty Soft Shackles are made in the USA under the uncompromising Factor 55 quality standards. Like all Factor 55 rigging products, these shackles have been lab and field-tested to assure consistent minimum breaking strength values. Each extreme duty soft shackle is constructed of HMPE Plasma rope that includes additional abrasion and UV protection with a woven polyester jacket to provide abrasion protection.

Jeep Jamboree Tire Deflator

Deflator allows the valve core to be removed to deflate the tire at an increased speed. An integrated sliding valve provides an accurate reading of the tire pressure while deflation is in process ensuring the desired psi is achieved.

The former U.S. Marine, husband, father and business entrepreneur began his legendary relationship with off-road vehicles by purchasing a WWII surplus Jeep for $500 in 1951.

Driven by a Dream recounts, in Smith’s own words, many of these adventures through some of the toughest terrain in the world. A French adventurer notes when meeting Smith in Bariloche, Argentina during his Darien expedicion…”Some people read about history…others make history.”
