Waitlist Notifications SMS

1. The Waitlist Notifications SMS program sends text message notifications to users who have opted in during the trip waitlist sign-up process on our website. These messages notify users when they have cleared the waitlist for a trip and are eligible to register. Users who do not provide SMS consent will only receive email notifications.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can contact us directly at 1(530)333-4777 or via the contact form.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your waitlist activity and trip availability notifications. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
